Policies

Cancellation/Rescheduling

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your service, a 50% cancellation fee will be processed. If the fee fails to process, it will be added to your next appointment.

  • This policy helps me keep my schedule flowing smoothly and ensures every Dolly Byrd gets the love + attention they deserve

  • Spray tans have a 48 hour cancellation policy with the same 50% cancellation fee.

  • If you “no call no show” your appointment, you will be required to prepay for any future services, and the 50% cancellation fee will be processed (I understand emergencies can happen, and if that is the case, please let me know).

  • If an appointment has to be rescheduled on the part of The Dolly Byrd, no fees will apply.

Late policy

  • Please text me at 317-910-8832 if you are running late for your appointment. The parking lot tends to fill fast, and street parking can be scarce, so plan accordingly.

  • Being 10 minutes late results in an immediate cancellation of your appointment and a 50% cancellation fee will be processed.

    Minor Policy

  • Guests under the age of 18 are welcome, but must have a parent or guardian in the room.

  • Minors receiving spray tans are not permitted to be nude. A top and bottoms are required.

  • I will have a minor consent form for the guardian to fill out upon arrival.

  • Clients may bring their children to appointments; however, the client will be responsible for any damages incurred.

    Tipping

  • I do not accept tips, but Google reviews are encouraged and appreciated!

    Refunds

  • As I run a very small operation, I do not offer refunds for services or product purchases.

  • I will always make an effort to work with you on a solution to make it right.

    Pets

  • Only service animals are permitted in the studio due to Indiana salon laws.

    Other

  • I reserve the right to refuse services for any reason, but especially due to: threatening behavior, client displaying signs of contagious illness, client displaying inappropriate behavior, etc. Safety will always be paramount.

  • Please be aware that if a significant other or someone claiming to be related to my clients reaches out to ask questions about their appointment, they will be denied that information unless the client explicitly gives permission. My client’s safety is also paramount.
