I’m so glad you decided to book with The Dolly Byrd! This article is intended to take away any anxieties you might be facing when you come to a new space. First, you can find The Dolly Byrd in the old Heflin building on the square in Lebanon, IN. It is the 3-story limestone facade with red awnings. 107 S Meridian St Suite 2012 Lebanon, IN is our address.
Parking is free in the lot behind our building and on the street. They have also opened up the lot on the corner of W Main and S Lebanon St (with the Key bank ATM) for public use on evenings and weekends!
Give yourself plenty of time to find parking as downtown tends to be busy
Once you park, the door to the building is the Radio Mom door under the red awning
Go up the stairs, turn right, and I’m the second door on your left (Suite 2012)

When you arrive at The Dolly Byrd, the door will be open for you! If the door is not open, please double-check that you received a confirmation text and email from The Dolly Byrd. If you do not have a confirmation, then you did not complete the booking process and do not have an appointment yet.
During your appointment:
If it is your first facial, we will sit and chat about your skin before you get on the treatment table. This typically takes 5-10 minutes.
For returning facials, I have quick questions about your skin before you get on the treatment table and will chat about your skin during the skin analysis portion of the facial. Targeting skin concerns and guiding you to better skin is the goal.
I try to make the table as comfortable as possible- heat pad, knee bolster, blankets- whatever you need, please don’t hesitate to speak up if something is uncomfortable for you.
I do make recommendations for homecare as part of my services. What you use at home accounts for 80% of your results, so this is an important step! I always include my recommendations in an email that you receive 24 hours after your appointment. I work with professional Korean brands.
Most of my inventory is shipped from my supplier in Michigan directly to your house and typically takes 5-7 days to arrive. I do carry select products in studio.
I always have water for you at the end, and please help yourself to a snack before you leave
Reviews are better than tips, so if you had a great experience please leave a review via Google or the link you receive in your email 24 hours after your appointment.
You can best prepare for your appointment by:
Stop using retinol/AHA/BHA/exfoliating products 5-7 days before an exfoliating treatment such as dermaplane or chemical peel, and before waxing services
Follow pre-care instructions for Green Sea Peel if you are booked for that treatment
Follow pre-care instructions for spray tans if you are booked for that service
Drink plenty of water before and after your appointment
Avoid excessive sun exposure/getting sunburnt
Do not use tanning beds
Always wear sunscreen during the day
Please arrive with a makeup-free face if possible
