Welcome!

I’d like to make your first visit as relaxing as possible, so this one’s for my anxious girlies. If you have never been to The Dolly Byrd, it is currently located on the square in the heart of Lebanon, IN. 107 S Meridian Street, Suite 2012, Lebanon, IN.

• Free parking is available in the lot behind our building and along the street

• You will enter the building through the door under the red awning

• The Dolly Byrd is in suite 2012, which is on the 2nd floor

• At the top of the stairs, turn right, and I am the first business on your left

• An elevator is available

• Public restrooms on site

• The building does close at “normal business hours,” so if your appointment is on a weekend or after 5pm, please wait in your car and send me a text that you have arrived 317-910-8832. I will let you in and walk you out after your appointment.

  During your appointment, please let me know if there is anything I can do to make your experience more comfortable as I am always trying to improve my processes and client satisfaction.

You can best prepare for your appointment by:

• Stop using retinol/AHA/BHA/exfoliating products a minimum of 3 days before your facial or brow wax appointment

• Stop using retinol/AHA/BHA/exfoliating products 5-7 days before an exfoliating treatment such as dermaplane or chemical peel

• Follow pre-care instructions for Green Sea Peel if you are booked for that treatment

• Drink plenty of water before and after your appointment

• Avoid excessive sun exposure/getting sunburnt

• Do not use tanning beds

• Always wear sunscreen during the day

• Please arrive with a makeup-free face if possible
